What is included in the free trial?
Your first 10 retrieval requests are free. You can submit requests, track their progress, and access delivered documents through the client portal. Any copying fees charged by a facility are separate.
Are facility copying fees included?
No. The $15 retrieval fee is separate from copying fees charged by a hospital or other facility. Pay those fees directly to the facility and upload your receipt in the portal.
Which portal should I use?
Legal, insurance, and healthcare teams use the Client Portal to request and track records. Facility custodians use the Facility Portal to respond to requests. Internal retrieval staff use Operations.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. After your first 10 free requests, standard retrieval is $15 per request, with no monthly subscription or retainer.
