Use this page for sign-in, invite, onboarding, and policy questions while the full public support site is not part of this local deployment.
Password help
If you were invited by Acute Retrieval, use the password setup link from your email. If you already have a valid setup token, you can finish the process directly from the setup page.
New office account
Office accounts are provisioned by an administrator. There is no open self-registration flow in this build, so new team members need an invite before they can access the workspace.
- Ask an office administrator to create your profile.
- Use the invite email to activate access.
Provider representative access
Provider-side access is handled separately from the office workspace. If you need a provider-facing account, contact the office team managing your intake and facility relationships.
Terms of service
This workspace is intended for authorized operational use only. Access, activity, and records handling may be logged for security, audit, and service-delivery purposes.
Privacy policy
The system stores operational and account data needed to process retrieval work. Users should only access records relevant to their role and follow their organization's handling requirements for protected data.
